To secure a room booking, telephone the farm and make a reservation – a deposit of £20 per room (by post with cheque payable to ‘Middle Farm’) secures the booking, and this will be confirmed by return.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and that the full total cost is payable if any changes are not notified at least 7 days prior to commencement of stay.

The rates are inclusive of breakfast, which is traditional Full English – normally served between 8.30 and 9.30am, but special requirements can be catered for if requested beforehand.

Please note that guests are expected to check out by 10.30am on the morning of departure and payment can only be made by cash or cheque. If you intend to arrive before 5pm, please make sure we are aware of this.
