DIRECTIONS:

The Farm is situated about 500 yds from the main A523 Leek-Ashbourne road, just over 3m from Leek; turn-off A523 where signed for Basford, Apesford and the Coombes Valley Reserve. From Leek this is a R turn, after Bradnop; from Ashbourne it is a L turn, after Bottomhouse. Go over the railway and the farm is on the left.

From SW: take M6 to j14; into Stone town-centre, then A520 to Leek; then A523. (Short cut off A520 in Cheddleton: Turn right for the Churnet Valley railway, over the level crossing and R at T junction, about 0.5m L turn for Bradnop – Middle Farm is about 2 miles down this road on R.)

From SE: take M1 to j24; then A50 towards Stoke for about 25 miles, then A515 to Ashbourne; At Ashbourne turn L at 2 roundabouts for Leek – A52 later becomes A523.

From the NW: take M6 to j18, go through Congleton, then Leek to pick up A523 for Ashbourne.

From the NE: make for Buxton then Leek, or Ashbourne from the M1, as appropriate.

From Alton Towers, follow signs for Leek – this will eventually put you onto the A523. You will be signed L onto this road and will pass a Little Chef just before Bottomhouse.
