The lovely stone buildings in Apesford, date back as far as the seventeenth
century.
Middle Farm has a main house, a converted outbuilding and a recently
renovated nineteenth century barn – all built in local stone.
Set in two acres of grounds, offering privacy, solitude and safe playing
areas, the farm offers off-road parking, yet is only a few hundred
yards from the main A523 Leek to Ashbourne road. It has panoramic
views over rolling countryside.
There are countless local hostelries, which can provide excellent
lunch and evening fare.
Children are welcome and there is plenty of room in which to play,
safely away from any traffic.
We
have a number of large stables, which can accommodate horses being
shown locally or those being taken on holiday by their owners - livery at the farm is
normally DIY; the farm extends to 28 acres, mostly grazing.
Beaver Hall Equestrian Centre is only a mile away
